The plants I ordered arrived on time, well packed and in good condition. They have transitioned well to being planted in my garden and are thriving.

Good plants arrived as updated

The plants arrived in a poor state of health, planted straight away and none of the 30+ plants are thriving- some haven’t died however and maybe they may come out next year, but Disappointed as I was hoping for flowers this year. I wouldn’t purchase again from here

Excellent service, many of the plants looked rather sick but came along fine once planted, looking good now!

The plants may be nice and healthy at their garden centre, but I didn't have the chance to see them in a good shape. When I received the £85 order delivered by Evri (former Yodel), half of the plants were dead. By the state of the box we could see that it had been thrown around and turned upside down a few times. It was also delayed, forgotten for a few days in a dark corner in a warehouse somewhere. Sorry it it seems more a review of Avri than J Parkers. But since it's a decision of J Parkers to use them, and we don't have a choice of delivery, the company and other clients need to know.

Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. One item took slightly longer, but was delivered not much longer after the other items and it is better to wait and have a plant that is in excellent condition than rush it. Very happy with the service.

The two ferns were delivered in good time. I was kept up to date on progress of order prior to delivery. Well packed with advice on receipt. Pleased.

On Sat, Jun 18, 2022 I sent email:
The order was received today in a very poor state and half dead. This is a kind of stock you would expect to see on DIY Clearance shelves and is unacceptable. I therefore request that you send me a replacement of fresh live stock. No one took any notice of my complaint and it remains unresolved. Bad bad customer service. Do not use this company.

Due to living overseas for almost 20 years it is a long time since I used Parkers, but I had no hesitation in ordering and was pleased with the service and the plants.

I ordered a shed load and they all came perfect and lovely condition! Was worried when I read the reviews but couldn’t have asked for better

Most of the plants arrived in good condition. The lonicara however has not survived. It is winter flowering but although planted it has died a death so will have to wait and see what transpires
